If employee had withdrawn PF before 5 years , on which head it will be taxable, and how to know employees contribution and intrest..and Employer contribution amd intrest.

Well u will get a statement. int on employer contributions and er contribution is under salaries and inter on own contribution IFOS.
And employee self contribution where to be mention??
