If the proprietor of the firm has been deceased then how to file GST return and GST audit report.

legl heir to obtain registration and in the reason for registration mention as death of sole proprietor..
legal heirs would file for cancellation of registration in reg 16 and mention the reason for cancellation of registration as death of the proprietor.
gstin of the legal heirs have to be mentioned in order to transfer the credit to legal heir
