Sir Thank you for your Answer!!!
He has registered both the business separately in GST, but nature of business is different. In one company he is doing training for the technical people in another business he is doing service to Industry also doing manufacturing.
In this case he will be generate 15 lakhs each in both the business, will Department combine both and ask him to pay GST?

Turnover with same PAN will be combined for arriving the aggregate turnover. So in case if Rs.15 lakhs in each business then its well above the limit and he needs to collect & pay GST for invoices raised above the 20 lakh limit.
