Property under tenancy rights redeveloped and sold

Hello,

I have a properly held under tenancy rights since 1970. It was redeveloped into a building in June 2010 whereby ownership was granted. I then sold the property in March 2012.

Will this be a capital gain short term or long term? What will be cost of acquisition?

There is two capital asset one is tenancy right and other one is building,

 

you will be charges for both as per knowledge and waiting for futher clarification if any.
