Property under tenancy rights redeveloped and sold

Hello,

I have a properly held under tenancy rights since 1970. It was redeveloped into a building in June 2010 whereby ownership was granted. I then sold the property in March 2012.

Will this be a capital gain short term or long term? What will be cost of acquisition?
