actually I mentioned commission income under the head " In a case where regular books of account of business or profession are not maintained"
and also claimed 50% as exp but after filing return I received notice for defective return asking to mention that income under proper schedule ....is there any alternative heading in schedule???
Commission income cannot be declared under presumptive assessment. You have to maintain books accounts, and hence P&L acc & BS schedules are to be filled.
