in last asst year I filled itr no.3 as I have income from transport business and have CF of loss.
but this asst yr 20-21 business is no more except salary income.
Can I file Itr-1 for asst year 20-21.

In case of no business and if you have salary income then you can file itr 1 or itr 2
But to carry forward business los, you are required to file ITR3 .
