In case of change of registered office of LLP within the same State, what has to be attached as proof of changed address of registered office if the registered office is owned by Designated Partner’s husband and is given as Rent Free Accommodation to the Designated partner of the LLP.
Kindly suggest.
The registered office is owned by the designated partner's husband and he has given it as rent free accomodation to the designated partner of the LLP. So, who will give the NOC in this case? Designated Partner or Designated Partner's husband?
