When we sale goods against c-form and send it through transporter, we have consignor copy of transporter's note.

But which documents/details are required as per CST Act (Other than C-Form) ,when sale of goods made against C-form and hand over the same materials to the local office of consignee?

its evasion of taxes,
cst is minimized against form C @ 2% as the dealer is not able to take input credit, but ppl are using the facility as abuse, and route the transaction through central , double use of form C and they use to pay total 2+2% in place of 13.5% (earlier 12.5%)
As the invoices are getting stamped at chekpost and the records goes to respective STO, and if they suspect the game, they might depute investigation against the c form issueing dealer.
