Hi Kamal, There is no standard specific tempalte for preparing a projected balance sheet.
As you are saying the purpose is for applying for an OD from an financial institution,
If this is a start up setup, then since there are no existing balance sheets, speak with the finance provider and ask for any specific template which they prefer to have.
If this is an existing business setup, then present the already drawn balance sheet and then take the opinion from the financial institute if any futher break ups are needed.
Generally depending on the type of business, and the extent of exposure you are looking at, banks will ask for the break ups on the items shown as part of balance sheet.
If they are ok with the level of break ups in your B/s, then add columns for each of the projected year and fill up the amounts with appropriate reasoning ( these reasoning will help in getting the credit saction much faster)
All the best
