I prepare a projected balance sheet for a new firm of selling Electric item for 10 lakh CC limit whether i correctly prepared it or not

Following are the changes to be made in the Project Report :-
1) Make Projections for further 4 years. ie (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017)
2) Prepare a Loan Payment Schedule.
3) Make a Short Company Profile (ie. Name of the Concern, Status, Objective, Market Demand, Sales Strategies, Marketing Options)
4) Note down the Assumptions made by you while preparing the Project Report.
5) Prepare a Covering Loan Application Letter.
6) Prepare Ratio Analysis
7) Show the Variations of Sales, Gross Profit, Net Profit of each year in Graphical Form. (For Eg. Bar Diagram)

Please provide what are the ratios which are to be checked for cc limit as in this balance sheet dp is coming out to be less than 10 lacs.
