For increasing the cc limit ( i.e. enhancement in exsisting credit facility ) you need to submit the revised CMA data to your Bank.

Im not remembering the exact date but someone has posted the spreadsheet of CMA data on this portal in the first week of Sept'2008. If you have a spare time you can trace out that particular posting. That sheet is accepted by almost all the banks. I have also downloaded same sheet and submit it to my bank for enhancing the term loan limit.
