WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CMA DATA AND PROJECT REPORT.

if u hav to take limit for WC needs like CC or O/D limit then u cannot invest it in assets.
CMA is a part of Project Report. A project report is prepared only when u need term loan which can be used only for long term purposes like to construct building or buy any machinery etc.
but if u hav been asked to work out cost of project that means your client needs limit for some long term purpose and not for WC needs.

CMA is a part of Project report. When i prepare a project report or indormation memorandum, the basic step would be Credit Management Assessment (CMA). I make projections for future years and then prepare the Info Memo or DPR
