There is no easy format for CMA these are well standardised you can search google or file sections to get the same
regarding checklist for CC what you want to know in particular

You verify consortium deed,hypothecation deed etc .Margin is there based for Stock and debtors to ascertain drawing pwer each month on stock statement submitted
