25 July 2012There is a Restriction or Prohibition in the name of Proposed New Company, if any one have the list please share the same . weather the words like "INDIAN, INTERNATIONAL can be used in name, it will be allowed or nor ? any minimum capital requirment .

reg. minimum capital reqment was trying to upload that file but could not.
Kindly find in search area --type minimum capital requirement .there are 2-3 important files shared by Ankur sir.
pls take that.

Hello now there is no any such restriction regarding minimum capital requirement,,,
.
Check this is the latest amendment in the Name Guidelines.
