We have a LLP in SEZ for which i need to file Professional tax registration form for Employers.LLP is situated in Gujarat.I have filled it online but it does not generate the acknowledgement reciept after clicking submitting button.Pls suggest me remedy for this query.It also shows message like "you have already submitted the application form." while in fact we are 1st time applying for the same.Thank You.

Dear Sir,
Visit the Local Office and meet the concern officer and get the benefit in this regard. Without visit the office you cannot resolved the same issue.
