Professional tax on branch
We are running a business and we have one more branch in same city..is it mandatory to pay professional tax on branch also.. till now we are paying only on main branch..

Business name is same?
Yes same name
You have to include that branch employee PTax in main branch & pay that PTax also.
Asking about firm PT
Whether GSTN of both the branch is same ??
