Dear Team Good noon.

I want to know whether "Maharashtra State Professional Tax PETC" still exists post GST regime .

I think it was applicable on financial year wise ( 1st april till 31st march)

So am I liable to pay Professional tax as I am paying GST now.

Yes, Maha PTEC is still in force.
