PROFESSIONAL TAX
If one employee work in two companies suppose at surat city ie same city both companies are situated. One company deduct Professional tax of Rs 2400 p. A. Another company requires to deduct PT on salary receive from that company

If the assessee is working in both the companies simultaneously, in that case both the companies will deduct PT.
But its rare; generally it is deducted every month and as such total deduction from both employees would be round about Rs. 2500/- PA.
