You can download Form V. The form through which the professional tax payment is submitted.
The Professional Tax slabs goes like this.
Rs.3000/- to Rs.4999/- Rs. 30.00
Rs.5000/- to Rs.7999/- Rs. 60.00
Rs.8000/- to Rs.9999/- Rs. 100.00
Rs. 10000/- to Rs. 14999/- Rs. 150.00
Rs. 15000/- above Rs. 2000.00
Above Rs. 15000/- how much ever your salary may be it will Rs. 200/-.
