Professional tax is to be deducted on what amount of salary
Can anyone help me out if any more provisions in case of profession tax

You can download Form V. The form through which the professional tax payment is submitted.

The Professional Tax slabs goes like this.
Rs.3000/- to Rs.4999/- Rs. 30.00
Rs.5000/- to Rs.7999/- Rs. 60.00
Rs.8000/- to Rs.9999/- Rs. 100.00
Rs. 10000/- to Rs. 14999/- Rs. 150.00
Rs. 15000/- above Rs. 2000.00
Above Rs. 15000/- how much ever your salary may be it will Rs. 200/-.
