Here is a situation.
Employee appointed in chennai, but he providing service in mumbai.
My question is whether to deduct Professional Tax (PT) as per Chennai corporation or mumbai corporation and where should i remit.....
can anyone reply to my query.......
just check the place which is mentioned on the appointment letter
accordingly, professional tax will be deductible
