I am a member of ICAI and holding Certificate of Practice. But I am not partner in any firm and also not have any own firm can I digitally sign for DIN application?

Dear Ajay,
A CA in practice can sign the DIN application. It is not a pre requirement that you should be a partner in any partnership firm. But your identification seal shall clearly state your membership number, address and name.
