When a CA who authors a book gets his firm name printed at the back amount to professional misconduct?

In my view, it would not be considered as professional misconduct. Some reasons come in my mind are >
1. CA is teh author of the book, and hold the right on it and mentioning the name of the firm is only mentioned that he is associated with that.
2. Also, it is not advertisement or way of soliciting clients.
3. Take an example of any article or any professional material prepared by a partner in firm, On that, teh name of the partner and firm name is mentioned. The article is the property of the firm and he can mention its name on the article.
So, In my view it is not professional misconduct......Rest experts views are solicited for the topic......
