If i disclose the name of my clients to other clients(without disclosing the fees),will it amounts to professional misconduct?
& under which clause??

In my opinion
1) If the information is shared to obtain or probing for new clients then it will fall under professional misconduct(I am not sure about the clause)
2) If the information is shared to show your experience then i think so it will not fall udenr professional misconduct(I am not sure about the clause)

It will be professional misconduct under second Schedule part (1) clause (1).

It is meant to be professional miscoduct under First Schdule , Part I (Board of Discipline) , Clause 6 of the professional ethics issued by ICAI. it amounts to be solicitation.

Yes
Disclosing information or working papers of one client with another without taking concent of the client is misconduct....
So feel free make a list of your clients and share it with each other(Joking)

I think its not soliciting of work becase it is already our client so there is no misconduct but if u inform working and some secrets than it is misconduct,
