The Chartered Accountant's Act, 1949 is an important ingredient for every candidate persuing this profession and you should be able to cover this very importantly by connecting your professional life once you become a Chartered Accountant.
The Institute thus is more keen to test the candidtes knowledge in terms of how much one is able to relate to real life situations. Have a rough note book next to you and keep scribbling the provision, until you are able to recollect it. You can read ethics daily one hour until you hold firm grip over the provisions. Later, you can revise it once a every four days or once in a week.
Work hard, study hard....!!
Practice, practice and practice is the best way to remember anything.

First once go through the subject(i.e; Professional Ethics) fully then you will know how to prepare short notes as it was thing depends on YOU and nobody can suggest you how to remember. But everybody will face the same problem. So Don't Worry.
