CA in practice wants to engage in recovery consultant and insurance brokerage activities...whether he should take permission of council or not..?..it is covered under definition of MCS as well as under clause 11..

Managment consultancy shall not include broking,underwriting,and portfolio mgt are not permitted.
I knw that.....but these are mentioned separately in the definition of MCS..
