A CA in practice has opened a facebook page in the name of its Firm and the fb page has been linked to his firm's website. Please justify with proper reasons whether the CA in practice shall be guilty of professional misconduct under the CA Act?

Good question ... it'd considered as advertising and hence considered as professional misconduct.
