here's a case where the director of a private company is shown as an Executive Director (receiving salary every month) and the category is as a Professional Director - because he's already in contractual service with other organisation (its not a permanent job)
In this case which form do we issue him - Form 16 or 16A
can anyone guide me in this please
consider your case an executive director. if he is receiving salary from the company. issue form 16 only. the other company will issue 16A.
