Dear sir

If the bill is exactly 30k, should we deduct tds under 194j.

Assuming 2 different lawyers...and bills are 30k and 30k....should tds be deducted.

Assuming 2 different lawyers and bills are 15k and 15k...should tds be deducted?

kindly suggest.
