professional background required while joining as CS?

CS itself is a professional degree which makes you eligible for a good job.  Generally students from commerce background opts for this course.  In job market, if you have some other degree ca/cwa/llb/mba along with cs then companies may give you a preference; but its not a necessity.  Beisdes this your practical knowledge & experience whether gained during training or some other job will also be counted.
