Section 44ADA is not available to painter . He must be film artists . please confirm other also.

NO for painter

as per section 44AA(1) this section provides that every person carrying on the legal , medical, engineering or architectural profession or accountancy or technical consultancy or interior decoration or any other profession notified by CBDT
NOTIFIED PEOFESSION - profession of authorized representative; the profession of film artist; the profession of company secretary; information technology professionals.

Pinter is not covered under specified professions
