Profession tax deduction feb - 17
I calculate the salary of Maharashtra State Employee who was join on 25 Nov 2016. Can I deduct Rs 300 Profession Tax for the month of Feb 2017. How many amount I will deduct from the month of Feb 2017.

Professional tax is a local tax. It is better to ask with the government office. They usually collect from our premises. I guess will not be more than 2500.
