I run a business of Oxygen and Nitrogen Cylinders, basically distribute them as distributors to Private Companies. Am I liable to PT,
I have a few employees who get a salary of 25k per month.
PS. I am a GST registered person with annual turnover below Rs. 5 Cr.

It is mandatory to require PT Registration in Maharashtra. Yor are bound to deduct PT From salary. PT is a state law. You please check provisions of PT of your State.
