When an employer is liable to profession tax?

Is there any minimum limit for payment of PT?

What if all the employees are drawing salary less than Rs 5000?

for employees salary slab is as under

gorss salary 5001 to 10000 175/- pm (if salary is less than 5000 then no need to pay any PT)

above 10001 200/-pm except feb it's 300 total 2500 pa

for pvt ltd co to be paid 2500/- pa for FIRM PT and director also to be paid 2500/- pa
