But Mr.A has enroled for for P.T. on 06-08-2010, as he is engaged in the business of retail hardware sale from 01.02.2011.
befor this Mr.A was having no business, though he was on a very nominal cash salary with a small Hardware shop. till FEB2011.
1) HOW TO RESPOND IN SUCH A CASE. (PROCEDURES PLZ)
2) IS ONLINE P.T. RETURN FILING & PAYMENT COMPULSORY.

produce your establishment date in reference with certificate of enlistment ( trade licence) and related document for start of business, PT will drop the proceedings.
