Profession of accountancy under section 44ada

Dear Experts,

Is there any qualification required for declaring profits under section 44ADA under the profession of accountancy?

If an assessee does review of books of accounts and receives professional income with TDS deducted under section 194J, can he claim profit under section 44ADA as an accounting professional?
