OUR UNIT IS REGISTERED AS A MANUFACTURING UNIT. I WANT TO PURCHASE TRADING GOODS WITHOUT PAYMENT OF DUTY AND SELL IT ALONG WITH OUR MANUFACTURING PRODUCT FOR EXPORT. IS IT ANY RULE AND PROCEDURE TO EXECUTE SUCH ACTIVITY.

A trader can buy goods without payment of duty under Bond by Issuing CT-1 for export purpose. A merchant exporter can only issue CT-1 under Bond for procurement of goods for export purpose.
