Process to open corporate office

Hello,

My question is  : 

1. how may we open a corporate office in Delhi, when register office address is in Uttar Pradesh. what information is required to submit in ROC.

2. If we have register office in Uttar Pradesh & Corporate office in Delhi, then in which state we will get GST registration.
