yes u can get your refund back by filing itr IV, but hurry the last date to file return is 31 july 2009.
The Process to claim TDS back is very time consuming.
You need to first file your returns not necessarily by 31 st July. even if you are late you can file it later and still get TDS amount refunded.
After filing your returns the refund may come to you after one and half year or so.
