28 August 2010we were having two units ICS and opera,Opera is registered under service tax while ICS is not registered.Now ICS has been merged into Opera
Can anyone please tell me the procedure to be followed under service tax.Are we required to give intimation to service tax department while there is no change in activities or objective and no change in place,director etc

ICS is non registered and merged to opera, how ICS is opera 2
in case u want to provide services from Opera2 and its at diff location other than ICS then apply for Registration for diff location or apply for centralized registration
if Opera2 has no such activity regarding service, then nothing to do.
