Process Audit, better known Business Process Review/Audit or Internal Audit. Such an audit seeks to improve the Business Processes by giving suggestions for improvement, plugging loopholes, etc. E.g. of process reviews are Inventory Control, Manufacturing, Payments process, Procurement process, Marketing Process, Treasury, etc. For more info. search on the internet under "Internal Audit".
