Dear You can approach the office of Inspector of Factories of your area for this matter.

The procedure is differ rom State to State.....

hey frnds, can u plz tell me what is the registration procedure to set up a Partnership Firm? Is is necessary to have a permanant place of business? is it possible that we mention only one place in deed and keep on changing place year to year is the premises is on rent basis?
