15 September 2014Kindly let me know the procedure to botain duplicate VAT & CST Certificate from Sales Tax Maharashtra.
Required if any documents or what and application letter format.

First know u vatKnow judicistion office circle in Maharashtra, get the power of attorney letter from the company, or Management , entioned ie concerned person or consultant have authority to deal with the Vat Matters on behalf of company singned by the management of the company with court fees stamp rs Secondly how ucompany lost certificate when office is shifted or renovation, we need the duplicate tin & cst certificate letter to the sales tax juducitional on letter head with director or signating authorities singature with company seal affix the court fees stamp of rs 50 or 100 on that letter.please take xerox copy of company pan card with seal and signature of the director. aftter one month or sometime Sales officer will issued the Duplicate certify of Tin and cst no.
