PLease tell me the procedure to furnish 92E. Whether we have to submit papers to some office?

Yes. if any transactions falls u/s. 92E relating to International Transaction (s), then you have file form No. 3CEB with completing detail of transactions and Associate enterprises with Income tax authority (Within your Juridician).
