Is there any specific requirement of law to form Investment Company
I need the Resolution for Incorporating Group Company.

Follow the procedure as applicable to form a private / public limited company as per the Companies Act, 1956. After formation, apply for COR with RBI provided your NOF is within the criteria set by NBFC regulations and Sec. 45-IA of RBI Act, 1934.
