Due to death of Karta (Father), elder son will head the business. What procedure is to be followed to change in name of Karta on GST portal to continue with some GSTIN?

Procedure to change Karta on GST portal

You can not carry business on same GSTIN. You will has to apply for cancellation of registration (on name father) u/s 29(1)(a)and also futher application shall be made to get new registration. such provision 22.
