I have one problem that is some shareholders of my Pvt Ltd Co wants to sell their shares to propomors shareholders. Now what procedural steps i have to comply from the angle of shareholders and from the company angle
please tell in detailed steps as there is no person with me well conversent with the subject.if there is any written guideline in this respect or any book, then please give the detail thereof

Please refer your company Articles about transfer terms and conditions. If not follow the Table A of the Aritcles of Association Companies Act 1956.
