Hello Forum,

I have Two Question.

Suppose "X" is a Pvt. Ltd. Company. I (A) have some (1000) shares of it. Now I want to transfer all this shares to my Friend (B). Please let me know the procedure of Tranfer in Brief .

Is there is any provision of any kind of obligation/restriction ?

If yes, please also mention that.

Restrictions if any, will be mentioned in Articles. Please go through..

The procedure is execute the transfer in Form 7B duly stamped and execute by A and B. Then record it in the minutes of Board.
