Procedure in roc relating to transfer of shares due to death
In one of my private Company one director has died. i want to remove him as a director by filing DIR 12 in ROC. Now wanted to know what is the procedure for transfer of his a shares. Do we need to file any form in ROC relating to tranfer

The said shares will automatically transfer to its legal heirs. You have to follow the process of transmission of shares.
