What is the procedure for the change of registered office with in the same state as per the company act 2013, whether any NOC on stamp paper need to be obtained from lanlord

Procedure for transfer of registered office
Replies (1)
1. Call a Board Meeting for change in Ragisterd office.
2. Pass the Resolution.
3. File INC-24 and INC -22 with required documents.
4. Ask Telephone bill/Electricity bill for address proof.
5. If the proposed premises is not belongs to Company, then NOC required from the Concerned person.
6. If premises is taken on renatl basis/lease basis then ask for rent agrreement/ lease agreement.
