Hello Roopesh,
You need to prepare a notice with shorter consent, get it approved by the court and take approval from all shareholdes for conducting egm at shorter consent.

Dear Roopesh,
For your information,
According to Section 101(1),
If consent is given by not less than 95% of the members entitled to vote at such meeting, a shorter notice of less than 21 clear days is permissible for calling a General Meeting. Such consent can be either in writing or by electronic mode.
The process is same and applicable to small private companies.

If the company is in liquidation, then the approval of court of required otherwise it not required.
